Service Provider (Juliyans Associate) hereinafter call as SITE ADMINSTRATOR is a law firm registered in Sri Lanka. Therefore, by registering as a service receiver, agrees to the following terms and conditions and the agreement is between the service provider and service receiver.

Service receiver must request a service and SITE ADMINISTRATOR must approve or deny the REQUEST within 24 hours, and the service receiver (for online Education) will be informed of the scheduled time of the session upon approval.

Any form of teaching materials provided on the site is the intellectual property of a specific teacher/lecturer and without the permission of SITE ADMINISTRATOR; the student is strictly prohibited from copying, recording, storing, printing, distributing or selling teaching materials.

Service provider ,provide particular service only after payment confirmation and however if any intended service taker want to cancel the service request before the time agreed to provide the service ,any money already paid will be refunded by the service provider

Any further dispute between SITE ADMINISTRATOR and a service receiver shall be resolved by means of consultation and arbitration by the Parties meeting in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

The laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka shall govern the use of this website.
